Home-stay Intelligent System
Our home-stay intelligent system is Clipsal of Australia. Intelligent switch and mobile wirelss terminal operation are used mutually. We offer “Menu”service to let owners to choose freely.
- Automatic switch function: when enter home, entrance light will be switched on automatically, when going up/downstairs at night, stair nights will be truned on automatically and the light will be set to 50% (can be set freely), so it won’t hurt your eyes.

Light control system: intelligent control over living room, main bedroom and home theatre areas, multiple light modes, to self-create a family atmosphere and taste through light adjustment system.
- Curtain control system: curtain intelligent control covers areas include main bedroom, sub-bedroom, dining room, living room and home theatre systems. No manual manipulation needed, IT switch and remote control.

Remote air-conditioner control system: Owners are able to control air conditioner’s on/off function, work modes and temperature setting through long-distance methods such as telephones and internet.
Color LC view-talk system
- Samsung brand, with one main system, one doorby system and one mobile system. The main system is a 7”color LC touch screen with luxury look and support the extension function of in-door systems.

Infrared beam detectors, in-door glass break detectors, emergency buttons, out-door cameras are able to interconnect with view-talk system.

Bathrooms and kitchens of showrooms will offer TV type telephone, Korean COSTEL brand.
Wireless style vehicle control system
Road gates, IC card scanner, long-distance microwave card scanner, central major controller are all used. All villa areas’s passing vehicle records can be tracked and inquired. When the owner enters the community, vehicle-installed sensor will activate the road gates wirelessly. |
